Having pretty much run out (I think) of old programmes that I can upload, I'm now going back to my own holiday videos. They're as shot on my camcorder way back when, without any editing. Pretty crude, to be honest. However, this is my short trip to Poland with my mate Eddie many years ago. I'd uploaded the footage from Auschwitz-Birkenau before, but not the rest of it. No one's going to make it to the end of this, I'm sure.

A rare case of a Standard 8 sound reel. I uploaded this years ago but some viewers have commented that it runs too slow, so I've corrected the speed, vastly improved the audio and used a stabiliser on the picture. It only had about 50 likes in spite of over 12,000 views so this won't change the world (not that anyone watches my uploads anymore!)

Nothing particularly skilled about my second visit to this exhibition - I just filmed it walking around. My commentary might be annoying to some. There's a lot of stuff here they got wrong, and I do point it out as and when I see it. It was still good value for money and worth doing. You just have to take some of the artefacts with a pinch of salt,

I was surprised to find this little gem - first generation - at the end of one of my videos. It was impossible to get an exact date on it, but (although I thought it would be 1985) it has to be 1987 because this is when the Tetley Tea 'Alien' ad was made and it's also the year that Thames TV stopped shutting down at 1am and started running through the night. I didn't even know I had this. On an unmarked video, recorded decades ago. I assume it's not at all common and, if the original producer is here, please just contact me if you want it removed. I get a lot of copyright strikes on old Channel 5 crime documentaries from the companies that made them and no one does well out of them when they happen. Sound cleaned up in Audacity.

Try as I might, I cannot trace this video. I've looked extensively online for something matching the track listing and the fact it's an acoustic set (April Skies, Taste Of Cindy, Just Like Honey, Unknown (although is mostly the lyrics of Just Like Honey)).
